Services
PureGold Cleaning LLC provides residential and commercial cleaning services in Santa Rosa and Sonoma County. All services are subject to availability and scheduling. Estimates are provided individually and may vary based on property size, condition, and service type.
Booking and cancellation
Appointments are confirmed once acknowledged by our team. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Rescheduling is available at no charge with adequate notice.
Insurance and liability
PureGold Cleaning LLC is licensed and insured in California. In the unlikely event of damage during a cleaning, please report it within 24 hours so we can assess and resolve the matter promptly. Liability is limited to the cost of the specific service provided.
Client responsibilities
- Provide safe access to the property and disclose any hazards
- Secure or remove valuables and fragile items before service
- Let us know about any access requirements ahead of the visit

Limitation of liability
